Last week I tweaked the default RSS2 template in Lifetype to generate itunes tags in the RSS2 feeds being published by Classcaster.   Now some of our more intrepid bloggers have added their podcasts to the iTunes Store.  If you want to follow along, do a search in iTunes for ‘Classcaster’.

The Apple Mini Media Center

New to Front Row is the ability to play shared music via Bonjour, Apple’s automatically configuring, cross-platform local networking technology. As a result, the Mac mini will play all content on Macs connected to a Bonour network (though individuals can opt not to share their content). This content can include all songs stored in iTunes, or photos complete with slideshows or movies.

See, now we’re getting somewhere.  Get a Mini, plug it into the home media rig, and get at all of your media from one place.  Pretty cool.  Now, iTunes sticks Bonjour on your Windows box during install, so will you be able to connect a Windows PC to the net for sharing?  And what about Linux?
