A New Berkman Center Media Library?

Scripting News: 2/24/2007 – Dave links to an interesting presentation by Charlie Nesson looking to find a champion for an overhaul of the Berkman Center Media Library.  Seems like a job for cchost. At the very least, it could be subjected to something like I did for AALS 2007 podcasts which just uses a couple of open source libraries to juice things up.  Takes no time at all.

Creative Commons License Chooser in Flash

Version 2 of the “freedoms license generator” is now up. Play, and let us know what you think. The aim of the tool is to help develop an intuitive sense of the relationship between the freedoms/constraints of the Creative Commons licenses. It’s got a fancy new interface, and is now really fast.

This the personal blog of Elmer Masters. I’ve been blogging since October 2000, mostly for my own amusement. I am a web developer, IT manager, and occasional consultant. I’ve managed IT departments at a couple of law schools, and started my professional career as a reference law librarian while working my way through law school. These days I’m the chief technologist for a consortium of US law schools. Opinions expressed here are my own and not those of my employer.
